All orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this address is accurate and complete, as Filler Lux cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a designated collection point, the customer must cover new shipping costs for the order to be reshipped. Should the customer choose to cancel the order, the refund will be processed minus the original and return shipping fees, along with a 15% restocking fee. Backorders. A robust stock of our products is always maintained; however, if any items from your order are out of stock, the available items will typically be shipped within 3-6 business days, unless otherwise specified. Products requiring specific temperature conditions will be shipped in insulated shipping cooler kits with ice to ensure their safety during transit. We strongly recommend choosing the Next Day Delivery method to maintain the quality and freshness of your items upon arrival.
If your order requires temperature control and is placed late in the week, please note that shipment will occur on the first business day of the following week. Goods packed with ice may remain in the carrier's warehouse over the weekend, which could compromise storage conditions. I love this Rejuran Serum. It has given me a really nice glass-skin finish. I use it after toner and before moisturizer. It has a honey- like viscous texture that feels more substantial then most serums. I am a 40 year old. I will definitely purchase again. There is no scent and it has caused no irritation.
My skin is much more hydrated, visible "glass-skin" glow. It is great for highlighted for improving skin density and elasticity over time. This must be used roughly about 3 1/2 weeks before you notice a difference.
The product is nice, a little sticky upon application but dries nicely and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on the skin. I can’t say I noticed much of a difference in my skin as far as lines and wrinkles though, and ingredients are not very clean.
First time trying a PDRN serum and from the OG brand that started it! I like how smooth and light it feels when applying, and it absorbs fast without leaving any stickiness or oiliness. I saw some improvement in my post acne hyperpigmentation and was glad it didn’t break me out. 5 stars!
The product itself seems to be good so far. But the dispenser has caused nothing but trouble. It is hard to dispense individual drops with the current design. When i am on my last or second to last drop, the syringe just dispenses all that is left, instead of a drop. Very frustrating.
