Shipping Address Accuracy
All orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this address is accurate and complete, as Filler Lux cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a designated collection point, the customer must cover new shipping costs for the order to be reshipped. Should the customer choose to cancel the order, the refund will be processed minus the original and return shipping fees, along with a 15% restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and reshipment cannot be provided for orders sent to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable.

Backorders. A robust stock of our products is always maintained; however, if any items from your order are out of stock, the available items will typically be shipped within 3-6 business days, unless otherwise specified. This Rejuran Dula Effect Ampoule is the real deal! It has done wonders for my sensitive face. It goes on light and quickly absorbs into the skin. It’s not greasy or sticky and seems to hydrate my skin very well.
Omg ! This is hands down one of the best serums. I've ever used. It left my skin feeling moisturized and plum. I could tell and difference in the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles as well. I will continue use for sure.
This serum is a clear, lightweight, hydrating formulation that feels silky on the skin and absorbs quickly! There is no feeling of tackiness to it and it immediately plumps the skin giving it a youthful glow! Love it!
I used this in my nightly skincare routine after cleansing and toning my face. I can honestly and truly say that I'm sold. The consistency of the product wasn't sticky or greasy and most importantly, it didn't irritate my skin. I topped it with a moisturizer and woke up to skin that was plump and hydrated and not dull at all. The only issue I had with this product was the dropper. I don't like the way it dispenses but that's minor in the grand scheme of things.

It layers well with moisturizer without feeling sticky or greasy. It gives a beautiful glass skin glow without looking oily. I haven’t noticed any major anti aging results yet but my skin definitely looks healthier and more plump. The only downside is the price but a little goes a long way so the bottle will last you quite awhile! Highly recommend!

Great texture of this product, it is very lightweight. The applicator is really a benefit, it works like a syringe or you can pull up enough product that you need or push it back into the container without losing product. I did see the results of fine lines becoming less visible but I personally like a thicker texture, but this one is perfect if you like a barely there feel.

really love the packaging on this stuff! It comes in a killer little box and feels really luxe in your hands. The dropper is very unique as you pull back on a plunger and it fills the dropper with the proper amount. It absorbs quickly and lasts all day long. It is very moisturizing, but soaks into the skin very well as to not leave you oily. It has not irritated my skin at all, which I really appreciate!
