Explain it one time use and not product added in it
Store owner replied: Thank you for your order and feedback. The product description states that this is only a stamp and that it should be used with your preferred cosmetic serum. No serum or other product is included inside the cartridge. Please also note that all Dr. Pen cartridges and stamps are intended for single use only.
The seals are all open and the packages are all damaged. it looks like there’s been water in it or lots of humidity. The box looks fine but all ten cartridges are open as you can see in the picture.

I was too scared to microneedle there until I tried the M9 at the shallowest depth (0.25mm). Now I work up to 0.5mm on my neck and décolleté, and the crepey texture is actually smoothing out. The pen feels precise and safe. Highly recommend for mature skin.
