Filler Lux tiene un gran stock de los productos estéticos más populares en nuestro almacén y, por lo tanto, estamos en condiciones de atender y enviar su pedido el mismo día.

La mayoría de los productos enviados por Filler Lux tendrán un mínimo de 6 meses de vida útil restante, con algunas excepciones en las que nos comunicaremos con el cliente antes del envío.
Filler Lux no es responsable de los errores en la entrega cuando la dirección de entrega proporcionada por el cliente sea incorrecta o cuando el cliente haya realizado cambios durante su tránsito.

 Paquetes perdidos y envíos retrasados

El tiempo máximo de entrega dentro de los EE. UU. | Canadá | México es de sesenta (60) días hábiles, según lo establece la ley de Estados Unidos. El plazo máximo de entrega a Europa es de sesenta (60) días laborables, tal y como establece la aduana de la UE. Sin embargo, es muy inusual que una entrega tarde más de 1 a 3 días hábiles en EE. UU. y de 4 a 8 días hábiles en Europa. Si un paquete se retrasa o no se escanea, iniciaremos un caso con nuestros transportistas, pero no podemos reenviar ni reembolsar un paquete hasta después de los sesenta (60) días hábiles para EE.
