El plazo máximo de entrega a Europa es de sesenta (60) días laborables, tal y como establece la aduana de la UE. Sin embargo, es muy inusual que una entrega tarde más de 1 a 3 días hábiles en EE. UU. y de 4 a 8 días hábiles en Europa. Si un paquete se retrasa o no se escanea, iniciaremos un caso con nuestros transportistas, pero no podemos reenviar ni reembolsar un paquete hasta después de los sesenta (60) días hábiles para EE. UU. y los sesenta (60) días hábiles para Europa.
